CREATE A SUCCESFUL ENDEAVOUR
AWARENESS IS THE KEY OF SUCCESS
Quality management is the base of success of any endeavor, both profit and nonprofit. Management can be defined as activities of an individual or a group of persons who set the organization's strategy and coordinate the employees' efforts (and other individuals) in order to meet objectives by using available resources (human, financial, technological, natural, information, etc.).
Quality management of even the most basic endeavor requires knowledge and series of skills of the persons doing the managing which is probably the largest individual obstacle towards the success of an endeavor and the persons starting the endeavor (entrepreneurs, owners, financiers, innovators, politicians, etc.) have to be aware that they have to ensure quality management for every endeavor.
When such awareness is lacking, devaluing the role of management or the complexity of management knowledge, many endeavors end in failure
and often result in human tragedies.
Success is often one of the most important factors of luck
of an individual and consequently affects the fulfilment of life’s important urges: safety, challenge and change.
