Venture architecture

If you are planning a venture or have already started one, through new or existing organization, you should consider the architecture of your venture. Our recommendation is to come to us for professional advice.
Our designers will evaluate the existing architecture or design a completely new one. Primary goal is to focus on the core of your business venture and on things you do best and allow us to help you with the management.

Evaluation/design/implementation of the planning system

The concept «Managing by objectives» requires the implementation of a planning system that begins at defining strategic goals, creating strategies to defining lower level goals and planning.
Execution is supervised and analyzed and, in accordance with results, existing plans are adjusted or new plans are created.
The planning system is efficient when objectives and goals are realistic and quality information is analyzed.
Keeping in mind cost efficiency and functionality of the planning system, recommendations are provided with regard to existing infrastructure ore creating entirely new structures on which the future solution depends.
Implementation of the planning system includes evaluating/creating controlling functions.

Evaluation/design/implementation of the organization

Evaluation of an existing, i.e. creating a new organization is based on set goals. Design process is usually as follows:
•    selection of the optimal organizational model,
•    defining organizational units,
•    systematization of job positions,
•    creating documented work procedures.
Implementation is classic or by using modern digital technologies and integrated tools.

Evaluation/design/implementation of the control systems

Control is a basic function of management and as such is a prerequisite for the development of the system. Flaws in the control system can cause significant control risks but also significant opportunity cost.
Within the design and implementation segment of control systems it is important to set up ex ante and ex post controls where it is recommended to use modern IT tools.
Designing a system of controls is closely connected with the design of the organization, and the design of the system of management controls with the planning system.

Evaluation/design/implementation of the information management system

Information management system is the backbone of the organization. Business environment forces us to continually optimize the management system where we use IT solutions and technological innovation.
Modern solutions use the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software based on integrated applications that optimize functions of e.g. finances, reporting, manufacturing, purchasing and similar. Additionally, other solutions are upgraded and integrated: Document Management System (DMS), internal control and audit, time and human resources management and other software relevant to the subject’s operations.
The goal of IT integration and automatization is to gather, process, circulate and present information within the system as quickly and as affordable as possible which consequently determines the quality and cost of management.

Risk management

One of the risk management definitions is «…identify, estimate and asses the risk and coordinated and economical application of certain resources in order to mitigate, supervise and control the probability of occurrence of negative events.»
The goal of risk management is to make uncertain events have no significant effect to goal realization.
Our goal is to integrate risk management into the subject’s management system and to recommend tools for risk minimization, i.e. that the subject has no significant risks that could endanger its success.
Our products in this segment are:
•    creating procedures and educating employees for risk management,
•    monitoring the subject’s risks,
•    optimization of risk management.

Human resources management

Human resources are the key to the success of any system and consequently, their management is of great significance. The degree of significance grows with the share of work and service in the venture and in service or work intensive ventures human resources management is extremely important. Human resources management includes the following important components:
•    HR planning,
•    planning/analysis of job positions,
•    recruitment,
•    training and talent management,
•    efficiency measurements,
•    awards,
•    health protection.
Human resources management is significantly dependent on IT integration.
